We extend our sincere congratulations to those who applied through our lottery and will be enrolling a new student or sibling at Heritage Flex Academy for the 2026–2027 school year. We are grateful you are joining our community.
Please plan to attend New Parent Orientation on Monday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the theater. This meeting is designed specifically for new families to HFA, as well as current HFA families enrolling a sibling for the first time. Even if you already have a student at HFA, this session will provide important information to support a smooth start for your newly enrolling child.
A reminder that New Student Enrollment packets are due within three days of acceptance in SchoolMint. Timely submission is essential. If we do not receive your completed packet by the deadline, we will assume you are declining the seat and will offer it to the next student on the waitlist.
For questions related to enrollment or assistance with SchoolMint, please contact our Enrollment Coordinator, Sarah Sinohui, at ssinohui@amhcs.org
or call our main office at (760) 466-1166.
We will also continue with our spring parent-teacher conferences on Monday, March 9. These conferences are an important opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher and reflect on growth and next steps. Your partnership matters and makes a meaningful difference.
Finally, a reminder that Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8. While we lose an hour, we gain longer evenings, a welcome sign that spring is approaching.
With Kind Regards,
Sandi Knapp
Principal
