Week 27: March 2-6

A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear HFA Parents/Guardians,

Last week, we had the privilege of sending a group of HFA teachers to the Great Hearts Classical Learning Symposium, alongside a large team from AHCS. Investing in strong, classical instruction matters deeply to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity our teachers had to sharpen their craft and bring fresh insight back to our campus.

At the same time, it was pure joy to see our students in their wonderfully mismatched Seussical Best! The creativity of our students and families never ceases to amaze us. It was colorful, imaginative, and very “Heritage” in the best way.

The week ahead is a full one at our HFA main campus:

  • Parent–Teacher Conferences
  • Check-In #3
  • Spring Picture Day

Second semester always seems to pick up speed, and spring especially brings many events across all AHCS campuses. Please take a few minutes each week to review the Flex Notes so you don’t miss important dates and opportunities.

Thank you for your partnership as we move through this busy and meaningful season together.

With kind regards,
Sandi Knapp
Principal

POISE

I am full of poise. I stay true to my deepest self. I do not allow external forces to control how I act or feel. I am not thrown off by events in my life.

“Most people think of poise as calm, self-assured dignity; but I call it just being you.” -Coach John Wooden
