Week 26: February 23-27

A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear HFA Parents/Guardians,

Last week’s Heritage K8 lottery was a meaningful milestone for our school, and now we turn our focus to new student registration for the 2026-2027 school year. Our office team is actively working with incoming families to complete enrollment steps, answer questions, and prepare for a smooth transition into Heritage Flex Academy. It is an exciting season of growth, and we are grateful to welcome new families into our classical community.

This year, the Heritage schools, and HFA in particular, received a record number of lottery applications, higher than at any point in our charter school’s history. We are both honored and humbled by the strong interest in our program.

If your student(s) accepted a seat at Heritage Elementary or Heritage Junior High, please be sure to notify Sarah Sinohui at ssinohui@amhcs.org immediately if you will be giving up your seat at HFA. This allows us to promptly offer that space to another student on our waiting list. We have many families hoping for the opportunity to join our school, and your timely communication helps us serve them well.

With kind regards,
Sandi Knapp
Principal
